Can you give a quote from photos?

Sometimes. Clear cleaning jobs and straightforward repairs may be assessed remotely. Renovations and work with an uncertain scope require a site visit before the final quote.

Is a site visit free?

If a paid inspection is needed, we tell you the fee before confirming the visit. The inspection fee is credited toward the job when you proceed with BudaPro.

Do you take smaller jobs?

Yes. We handle repairs, maintenance and one-off cleaning as well as larger renovations, subject to location, scope and team availability.

Do you provide measured plans and 3D renderings?

For renovation projects, we can arrange measured surveys, space planning, floor plans, interior elevations, 3D renderings and walkthroughs. If statutory permitting or a licensed architect is required, we confirm that separately and coordinate the appropriate professional.
